We are famous for our Bouillabaisse Soup and Line fish grilled on an open fire. We also offer a full a la carte menu consisting of various seafood, daily specials and various delectable desserts and coffees. Bientang's Cave is renowned for our hot and cold platters consisting of oysters, prawns, mussels, calamari and line fish - or create your own combination! Various set menu options are available for large groups. Menu options can be tailor-made to suit your dietary requirements.
