Established in 1977. Sea Shepherd Conservation Society (SSCS) is an international non-profit organization specializing in ocean wildlife conservation. Our mission is to end the destruction of habitat & slaughter of wildlife in the world's oceans, to conserve & protect ecosystems & species. SSCS uses innovative direct action tactics to investigate, document, & intervene against illegal activities on the high seas.

A year long voyage: One year. Four oceans. A million Ocean Defenders. This is our response to the growing crisis our oceans face. We are now on the final leg of our most ambitious ship expedition ever, to respond to the threats and highlight the wonders of our marine world.
