Creation

Light straw-yellow in colour, with glints of green. The invigorating, salty bouquet, reminiscent of the fresh sea breezes caressing our vineyards, is complemented by delightful hints of green fig and petits pois. All in all a unique, terroir-expressive Semillon, yet with the waxy, lanolin character true to this variety.

VIOGNIER

Elgin Vinters

A celebration of power, elegance & finesse. On the nose this multi-faceted Viognier displays a medley of sun ripe white peaches & apricot with hints of white rose & jasmine blossom. Delicate, juicy, intense flavours, rich complex structure intermingled with excellent intigration of Romanian Oak.

Southern Right

Some stemmy, earthiness overlays the darker red berry, slightly spicy plum fruit on the nose. Terroir driven fruit, quite elegant, with an exceptional detailed, lingering finish. Lots of red plum and darker red berry, raspberry fruit flavors are the backbone. Southern Right is re-defining Pinotage with this intense classically styled, clay-grown wine, packed with complex berry fruit, beautiful tannins and subtle wood spice.
